1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Khan SEO Audit ("Service"), operated by Khan Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Khan SEO Audit is a web-based platform that provides automated SEO audits, performance reports, scheduled monitoring, and optimization recommendations for websites. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a third-party provider (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only to audit websites that you own or have explicit authorization to audit.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Khan Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated by the Service are owned by you, but the underlying technology, algorithms, and frameworks remain our property.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khan Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SEO recommendations are based on automated analysis and do not guarantee improvements in search rankings.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice or liability.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
